GRAPHTEC March Madness SPIFF CLAIM FORM

Graphtec America Inc. will pay the dealer’s individual salesperson for each eligible Graphtec model sold during the promotional period from March 2 to April 10, 2026. All submissions must be received by April 24, 2026.

CLAIM CONDITIONS

• Copy of end-user invoice must be accompanied with every claimed item.
  IMPORTANT: If your submission contains inaccurate information, your claim will not be processed.

• SIGNED W9 must be submitted with first claim form. Recipient is responsible for all applicable Federal and State Taxes. (Please ensure that your W9 has the current address.)

• Valid in USA and Canada where not prohibited or restricted by law.

• Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for processing.

• Combine all matching invoices into a single ZIP FILE to upload.
